 Patrick Ker主任在職能治療有豐富的臨床、管理與教學經驗。他是新加波職能治療先驅之一。目前是新加坡醫院(Singapore General Hospital)健康照護部門的主任與Senior Principle Occupational Therapist。他同時也是Singapore Institute of Technology的兼任副教授。Ker主任推廣職能治療不遺餘力，與多個世界職能治療相關組織共同合作，例如於2017~2021年間擔任亞太職能治療區域聯盟理事長。Ker主任於2003年取得Univeristy of New South Wales碩士學位，臨床專長為就業恢復, 人體工學與社區職能治療。

 Director Patrick Ker has extensive clinical, administrative, and teaching experiences in occupational therapy. He is one of the pioneer occupational therapists in Singapore, currently the Director and Senior Principle Occupational Therapist of SGH (Singapore General Hospital) Postgraduate Allied Health Institute. He is also an adjunct associate professor in Occupational Therapy, Singapore Institute of Technology.

Director Ker has been dedicated to promoting occupational therapy by working with international occupational therapy organizations, such as being the President of Asia Pacific Occupational Therapy Regional Group from 2017 to 2021.
