 Lynette Mackenzie博士為澳洲雪梨大學職能治療學系副教授。在2002年取的流行病學博士學位前，於英國與澳洲都有臨床職能治療實務經驗。Dr. Mackenzie也是居家跌倒與意外篩檢工具的作者。因為罹癌關係，對研究癌症生存者的需求開始研究，特別是因為癌症治療後的認知、疲憊與恢復工作等議題。

 Dr. Lynette Mackenzie is an associate professor in Occupational therapy, University of Sydney, Australia. She had worked as an occupational therapist both in UK and Austraila before receiving a Ph.D. in epidemiology in 2002. She is the author of the Home Falls and Accidents Screening Tool (www.stopfallsathome.com.au).
