Departmental Requirements

Application materials:
1.Curriculum vitae.
2.Study plan.
3.Two reference letters.
4.English academic transcript.
5.Applicants from non-native English speaking countries are required to provide English Proficiency Certificate (such as IELTS 5.5/ TOEFL-ITP 530/ TOEFL-CBT 197/ TOEFL-IBT 72/ TOEIC 750 or above).The English proficiency certificate is not required for applicants whose previous degree is from an English-speaking country but the applicant has to offer the diploma as proof.
6.Master thesis.
7. Acceptance letter for supervision from NCKU faculty, or a name list of 1-3 faculty in the intended field of study.

After evaluating by committee, we will provide the LOA to you before April 1.
